【Objective】TheeffectionsofSema-3aontheexpressionsofB7-H4ondendriticcells.【Method】training, identification of BALB / c mouse bone marrow-derived DC, by theintervention Sema-3a-Ab by flow cytometry the detection of surface expression of B7-H4factor;【Result】1.BALB / c mouse bone marrow cells in vitro induced to develop into DC, andthe purity of 82.18%; 2. immature DC and mature DC were expressed B7-H4 ( 8.24%±0.21%,17.38%±0.18%), and its expression in mature DC was higher than non-mature DC(P<0.05);3.Sema3aantibodyinhibitedmatureDC expressB7-H4(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Sema-3Aantibody can inhibit the maturation of bone marrow derived DCsurface expression of B7-H4, suggesting that Sema-3A can promote the expression ofmatureDCB7-H4. |
