ObjectiveDuring surgery,some reaserches found that some patients who had ureteropelvic junction lumen exists,there is no stenosis and expansion,but ipsilateral hydronephrosis,there is still 2.5% after hydronephrosis,secondary surgical findings junction lumen exists, no stenosis, but hydronephrosis is still present.Someone think that infections,Others believe that resection is not enough, department of peristalsis caused by bad connection.we study this UPJ, Mainly by HE and immunohistochemistry, Ganglion cells observed UPJ,Nerve fiber morphology and distribution. And ganglion cells, the distribution of nerve fibers associated with hydronephrosis were analyzed, In order to achieve a clear reason for the formation of obstructive, To determine the location and extent of obstruction to determine the resection area, choose the best surgical method to evaluate long-term outcome of great significance.MethodsCollection of our department in June 2010-2011 in April hospitalized children with congenital hydronephrosis, Ureteropelvic junction specimens collected 20 cases, Confirmed by surgery, Ureteropelvic junction taken as an experimental group, Then take the same patient in 20 cases of ureteropelvic junction ureteral margin side as a control group, taken 10 cases of renal tumor infiltrating neuroblastoma without traumatic normal ureter after resection of renal injury as a normal group.All samples were formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded, sliced.Test Methods: The tissues were obtained in each group, HE staining, light microscope to observe the segment tissues of ganglion cells, immunohistochemical detection of nerve fibers in the S100 case and control groups in the expression of each slice were 200Select view mirror 3 times, count the number of positive nerve fibers in the field of vision, including the suspect were counted, a confusion is not included in the count results.Using double-blind members from the two experiments conducted separately, whichever is the higher count for the count results, the results with the mean±standard error said.Using statistical analysis software SPSS13.0 analysis of the dataindicators, three samples of the comparative variance analysis, measurement data as mean±standard deviation( x_±s)said, P <0.05 indicated statistically significant.ResultsBy HE staining all specimens by light microscopy, specimens were not found in the three groups of ganglion cells exist in the experimental group tissue lamina propria fibrosis, smooth muscle thickening, intramuscular fibrosis, inflammatory cell infiltration. S100 Color Display nerve fibers in the number of differences between different groups,Group 3 samples by immunohistochemistry to observe the positive nerve fibers. Counted at high magnification.The results showed that surgical resection of ureteropelvic junction stenosis Pathology of nerve fibers significantly higher than the same group of ureteral surgical margin group with low density.Statistical analysis showed that the experimental group and control group, the experimental group compared with the normal group were statistically significant (P <0.05); the control group compared with the normal group, no significant difference (P> 0.05)。Conclusion1.HE observe the ureteropelvic junction and ureter margin was not found ganglion cells.2.Ureteropelvic junction experimental group and control group differences in the distribution of nerve fibers.3.Control group and the distribution of nerve fibers in the normal group no significant difference.
