The Concentration Levels And Clinical Significance Of Cys C、β2-MG And α1-MG In The Serum Of Children Who With Congenital Hydronephrosis

Objective:To study clinical significance and the concentration levels of Cys C、β2-MG and a1-MG in serum in the children who with congenital hydronephrosis, within its in the evaluation of renal function, provide the basis for the preoperative evaluation and postoperative follow-up evaluation of renal function.Methods:The specimens of body fluids were collected from the children who was diagnosised as congenital ureteropelvic junction obstruction hydronephrosis (Congenital hydronephrosis) by ultrasonography or other imaging methods such as CT/intravenous urography from The departmengt Pediatric Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. And pathologically confirmed congenital ureteropelvic junction obstruction, connecting the chronic inflammation of the mucosa.Clolected the radiological data and medical records of children who were diagnosised as UPJO.The children were were dignosised as UPJO (A)divided into three groups,respectively mild(D)、moderate(E)、severe group(F);In the control group(B), the hydronephrosis postoperative group(C);In the control groupe the boy children wre hospitalized as inguinal hernia and hydrocele,the girl who wrer admitted in the control group for diagnosised as congenital sternocleidomastoid contracture,all were had no urinary tract infection and other ifection diseases. Solid-phase double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was application for determination Cys C、β2-MG、a1-MG in children blood serum before and after surgery, and control group,and finally the data and analyzed. Regults:1.GroupA.B.C serum CYSc content:0.99±0.32mg／L,0.75±0.13mg／L,.Three sets of samples were number95％confidence interval(0.87mg／L and1.11mg／L)(0.69mg／L and0.83mg／L)(0.90mg／L,0.1.06mg／L)；GroupA.B. C serum β2-MG:content2.60±0.86mg／L,1.935±0.55mg／L,1.944±0.54mg／L. Three sets of samples were number95％confidence interval(2.28mg／L and2.93mg／L),(1.63,2.24mg／L),(1.67mg／L and2.21mg／L);α1-MG contents were:20.11±5.15mg／L,20.01±4.84mg／L,20.02±2.13mg／L.95％confidence interval(18.19mg／L,22.03mg／L),(17.33mg／L,22.67mg／L),(18.96mg／L,21.08mg／L)；2Light,moderate and severe hydronephrosis in children with serum cystatin C content were0.94±0.34mg／L,and0.97±0.22mg／L,1.07±0.38mg／L,95％Confidence intervals were(0.71mg／L,1.17mg／L),(0.81mg／L and1.13mg／L);(0.78mg／L,and1.36mg／L)；with mild to moderate,between mild and severe, moderate and water of β2-mg of value is2.29±0.81mg／L,and3.05士0.98mg／L, and2.46±0.68,95％confidence interval(1.67mg／L and2.93mg／L)(2.34mg／L,3.75mg／L),(2.00mg／L,2.93mg／L)；α1-mg of the value of the level of content mean and standard deviation were17.87±6.31mg／L,20.43±2.90mg／L,22.51±4.81mg／L,95％confidence a interval(13.61mg／L,22.08mg／L),(18.35mg／L,22.51mg／L),(18.82mg／L,26.21mg／L).Conclusion:Comparison the preoperative group, the control group and the postoperative group:hydronephrosis after treatment,CYS c,and β2-MG,α1MG content was signifcantly decreased,glomerular filtration rate in to restore to a certain extent,all these substances in the renal tubular reabsorption after decomposition is not back into the blood,therefore,the serum concentration levels decreased signifcantly；3hydroneephrosis different between the three levels of light to moderate severity degree of heavy water between cystatin C values were signifcant for0.801,0.382,0.536,its statistical the significance of differences of different groups of cystatin C content was statistically significant,serum cystatin C values decreased with the severity of hydronephrosis；mild to moderate severity degrees,al-MG content was signifcant for0.366,0.045,0.242,its statistical signifcance,the content of the difference in significance between the groups was significant for0.117,0.645,0.56between the different groups of cysteine α11-MG the statistically meaningful,content differences between the different groups of cysteine,with statistical significance.With the aggravation of hydronephrosis,the glomerular filtration rate decreased tubular reabsorption also decreased the plasma concentration levels of elevated aggravated hydronephrosis.3.Cys C、β2-MG、α1-MG, as the indicators of hydronephrosis renal function damage maybe routine testing.
