There is two cognitive theories about the early cognitive processing, which are "the Early holistic registration and "the Early feature analysis".The viewpoint of early holistic registration claims that perceptual processing is from global to local. While the early feature-analytic viewpoint holds that perceptual processing is from local to global. However, the system of human visual perception can't exist two controversial and opposite perceptual processings.Based on the natural image's frequency spectrum that behaves as 1/f2 ,the spatial frequency multichannel theory was studied on the spatial frequency domain. Then a new statistical theory model is created to re-interpret the"Early holistic registration" theory and its famous experimental phenomena. The main characteristics and innovative works are as follows:1.Based on the physical characteristics and visual frequency channels information of visual system, visual spatial frequency multichannel theory was re-studied on the spatial frequency domain and the validity of explaining the topological perceptionwe was demonstrated using the spatial frequency multichannel theory.2.Using the statistical theory model of the power spectra dependence on spatial frequency, a new computational method of human visual perception was designed .Then the statistical model of visual spatial frequency information was founded.3.The famous experimental phenomena of topological perception putted forward by Lin Chen and the fundamental visual invariance phenomena were perfectly re-interpreted through the new computational method of human visual perception, that, the global visual cognition theory was complemented further.Despite that the research about visual perception system is such a complex work, the topological perception analysis depended on physical and physiological could perfectly interpret some experimental phenomena of visual perception,on the spatial frequency domain. Therefore, it maybe get the dialectical unity of two cognitive theories and is a promising theoretical direction.
