Over time, with the new way of life, hepatitis B affects the lives of people seriously. Therefore, the detection of ALT as an important aspect of medical research. In recent years, a variety of detection techniques, which provides a good technical support in the detection of the transaminase, have a breakthrough. This paper shows one of the detections of transaminase, which based on color detection.First, the paper introduces the significance of transaminase testing, and various methods for transaminase testing. By comparing, finally chose the enzyme immunoassay, and then to detect the subtle color changes based on photoelectric detection, which come in serum transaminase levels. The system includes: color detection module, temperature control module, the movement of the strip module, keying modules, print modules and LCD modules. This paper mainly describes three of these modules, which three are controlled by microcontroller chip AT89C51. The color detection module, is the use of TCS230 color sensor with high-precision on the test strip after reaction. Temperature control module, is the use of heat resistance sensors and other devices and circuits, which to complete real-time temperature measurement and control. LCD module, is to display the data processed in time, so as to control the whole system more effectively.The speed and accuracy in the detection apparatus occupy certain advantages, coupled with the instrument light, portable, not only for hospitals, but also applicable to all bold collection stations.
