Object:To detect the allergen spectrum characteristics in asthmatic bronchitis infants,and provide scientific basis for clinical treatment of asthmatic bronchitis.Methods: EIA(enzyme immunoassay) was used to detect both specific serum inhal and ingest antigen individually. The data were analyzed with statistics.Results: 1. The total positive rate of asthmatic bronchitis infants, healthy infants and pneumonia infants were 100%,76.7% and 6.7%(χ2=118.484,P<0.05), respectively;2. There was significant difference in different aged infants to inhaled allergens,especially the rate of todder(> 3岁)was higher(χ2=15.749,P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in food allergy positive rat.3.The positive rates of elm, willow, poplar, wormwood, artemisia genus combination in wheezy toddler were higher than wheezy infant; The positive rates of milk,egg yolk and egg white were the highest in food allergen,the positive rate of. milk in infant was higher than toddlerConclusion: Elm,willow,poplar,milk,egg yolk and egg white were the common allergen in our area. With the increase of age,food allergy reactions decreased,inhalation allergy reactions increased.Allergen spectrum characteristics was different with area and age.
