Objective:Through discussing the relationship of Thymosinβ4 and Thymosinβ15 in humans prostate cancer cell with its survival time. The relevance of their expression in prostate cancer organizations is also researched in this study. In closed study, the convey form of these two kinds Thymosin Extrasins whether have relevance in prostate cancer cell differentiation and conversion in analyzing these two Thymosin Extrasins. The aim of these actions is to explore its potential in prostate cancer metastasis and prognosis of patients with the role and significance.Methods:The samlple were from Experimental Urology Hospital of Hebei University, selected surgical excision and biopsy of prostate obtained 40 cases of prostate cancer organization, after 4% paraformaldehyde, conventional dehydration, embedded in paraffin; specimens to 4μm thickness of each serial sections for HE staining determine the pathological types, through immunohistochemistry SP method and detected prostate cancer in thymosinβ4 and thymosinβ15 expression; all statistical analysis with SPSS17.0 for Windows software, using chi-square test, SPearman rank correlation analysis.Results The expression of thymosinβ4 in prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia has significant difference (2= 45.039, P<0.01). Thymosinβ15 has the same expression as thymosinβ4 (χ2=93.103, P<0.01). Immunohistochemistry detection of thymosinβ4,β15 have better sensitivity and accuracy were 70.4%(38/54),81.5%(88/108); 92.6 (50/54),96.3 (104/108), compare with conventional pathology 58%(33/56),77%(77/100), this method has significant difference (P<0.05). The positive rate of Thymosinβ4 protein in the no-lymph node diversion group is 0%(0/4) and in lymph node diversion group is 76.00%(38/50), the differences of thymosinβ4 expressions between these two groups was statistically significance (χ2=10.26, P<0.01). Tβ15 protein in the absence of positive lymph node metastasis was 25%(1/4), positive lymph node metastasis was 98%(49/50),the expression of thymosinβ15 reflected the difference greatly between the two groups (χ2=28.777, P <0.01). Conclusion The expression Thymosinβ4 andβ15 is an important indicator in determining whether the metastasis transferred in prostate cancer. The expression of Thymosinβ4,β15 also have estimation in anticipating the survival prognosis of patients; thymosinβ4,β15 expression afford the excellent guiding direction to clinical treatment and the choice of surgical method.
