Objective:For resolving the deficiency of autologous particulate dentin's adhesivity, implant compatible and absorptive autologous particulate dentin-plaster of paris complex into a defective mouse's skull to observe its repair healing process, make a study, and provide the scientific basis for the further research.Method:①The heath teeth of Orthodontic filamentous or pericoronitis remoal that 1200℃above the stove Burn cultivates production the Autologous particulate dentin after 30 minutes。And with plaster of paris to weight ratio composite 2:1②Using 30 mice those were born more than 6 weeks old months, Randomly divided into 5 groups, six mice in each group. at experimental animal (while experiment that take shape bone defect with 8 mm diameter in the centre of skull) at defect area implant autologous particulate dentin and plaster of paris complex, use the physiological saline harmonic. after operation 1,3,5,8,12week get the specimens Conduct to General specimens x-ray and under the histologic HE dyeing light microscope obserb autologous particulate dentin and plaster of paris complex atificial bone in bone defect area's new bone formation.Result:Autologous particulate dentin and plaster of paris complex atificial bone have a good histocompatibility and osteoinductive, combining closely with new bone, and restraining the move of Autologous particulate dentin's grain to improve its operational property. Conclusion:As Autologous particulate dentin and plaster of paris complex atificial bone a new bone repair material has a good histocompatibility and an ideal operational property.
