Objective:To observe the expression of dicer in ovarian cancer which was effected on psychological stress, and reflect biobehavioral factors how dys-Psychological stress was acted in the development of ovarian cancer through the expression of dicer. Methods:The subcutaneous tumor xenografts were established by implanting tissue samples from a human ovarian cancer into nude mice. After the model being established, the mice were randomly divided into the following two groups (n=6/group) by similar weight and tumor diameter:the control group and the dys-Psychological stress group. The dys-Psychological stress model was established by putting each nude mouse respectively into a 50ml centrifuge tube with drilling for excellent ventilation. The experimental time was 10:00AM-4:00 PM everyday.Six hours later, the mice were released from the tubes and then supplied with food and water. The mice of dys-Psychological stress were restrained 6h/day, for two weeks. After the restraint course, the tissues of ovarian cancer were collected from the mice. RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry method were chosen to detect the expression of dicer in ovarian cancer. Results:The mice in the stress group were taken less food and activities than the mice in the control group; The average of mice weight in the stress group was decreased compared with the mice in the control group (P<0.05).The average of tumor volume in the stress group was smaller than the mice in the control group(P>0.05);The expression of dicer in ovarian cancer of the mice in the stress group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The result illustrated that the Psychological stress and the expression of dicer were negative correlated with the growing of cancer and, the expression of dicer could be a important index in researching how dys-Psychological stress act in the development of ovarian cancer.
