Due to the incidence of occult, early diagnosis is very diffcult, most of patientas were present with disease that has distant metastasis on the top of the case fatality rate of gynecological malignant tumor. Although ovarian cancer treatments, such as surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment methods and so on, continue to ameliorate in recent years, but the treatment effect is not ideal and mortality rates did not decline in nearly three decades. Survival rate of 5 years of Ovarian cancer hovers around 30% to 40%. By the above it is not hard to see ovarian cancer threat seriouly women’s quality of life and the life and health. With modern medical model convert to the biological-psychological- social pattern transformation, human gradually found that tumor is influenced by many factors as regards the occurrence and development of tumor. It has been established that the chronic psychological social factors accelerate the occurrence and development of multiple tumor, and the tumor regarded as a psychosomatic disease gradually. These proteins may be involved in the regulation of cellular energy metabolism, the formation of the cytoskeleton and the process of cellular proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, etc, thus to influence tumor occurrence, development and outcome. This experiment provides a new theoretical basis for molecular biology by to reveal the relationship between psychology and tumor. |
