| Objective:To study on related factors affecting the surgical treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture and its effective control measures. Methods:Collection January 2005 to October 2010 in Nanchang University first affiliated hospital line operation treatment of 134 cases complex tibia platform fracture patients of clinical information,128 cases were selected. Operation effect pursuant to Rasmussen knee function scoring standard for scoring, under may effect operation effect of several factors, such as patients age, and gender, and injured causes, and operation time, and reset quality, and fracture type, and knee around merged injury, and complications,9 index on operation effect for single factors analysis, to P<0.05 for differences significantly sexual test standard. Last factor will be meaningful indicators using Logistic regression analysis. All data processing was done by SPSS 15 Statistical software packages.Results:128 cases got follow-up, mean follow-up time 30.6 months (6-70 months). Knee function was evaluated according to Rasmussen scoring standard. Among 128 cases: excellent in 68 cases, good in 38 cases, fair in 12 cases and poor in 10 cases, The excellent and good results was 82.8%. Univariate analysis displays the type of fracture, knee injury, quality of surgery time, reset, complications, postoperative rehabilitation treatment were relating to the incidence of surgical treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed fracture reduction quality, type of fracture, complications, postoperative rehabilitation treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture with postoperative functional effect is independent of the outcome of the risk factors (P<0.05). Conclusion:type of fracture, fracture reduction quality effects, complications and postoperative rehabilitation treatment is independent of surgical treatment in patients with risk factors, which fracture reduction quality and postoperative rehabilitation treatment is one of the most important controllable element. |
