Pedicled Iliac Bone Flap Repair Of Traumatic Tibial Nonunion Clinical Study

Purpose: Pedicled iliac bone flap repair of traumatic tibia nonunion clinical studyMethod: 60 cases of tibia nonunion from January 2000 to January 2011 NO.89 hospital in the Chinese people's liberation army hospital. In cluding 51 male and 9 female. The ages of the subjects were 18~67years (average 43.12 age). Injury reason: traffic accident, the weight scarred 39cases in 10cases, mechanical injury 9cases, hurt, 2case with steel plate fracture 13cases, intramedullary needle fixed 8cases, external fixators 9 cases, gesso external fixation 4 cases. Patients are replacing fixed way after admission to do plate fixation, postoperative observation and clinical curative effect on radiographic evaluation.Result: Pedicled iliac bone flap transfer bone healing time of even shorter than pure graft bone group (P<0.05), and nonunion rate is decreased obviously. Pedicled iliac bone flap transfer without long creeping substitution process, and has the bone entrainment, promote bone healing. After transplantation fast speed, bone fractures healed is of high quality and can effectively promote the healing of bone is not even the treatment of nonunion is a kind of effective method.
