| Objective: Discuss limited contact with locking compression plate(LCP) combined with autogenous iliac bone graft method, the effectiveness of the treatment of femoral fracture nonunion, provide the basis for clinical. Methods:This study design using retrospective study. Collect the first affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM orthopedics from November 2011 to January 2011 were 25 patients with femoral fracture nonunion. 12 of 13 cases of male, female, aged 15-75, an average of 40.8 and 17.33 years old, are unilateral damage cases, on the left side of the 13 cases, 12 cases, on the right side in femoral fracture broken end pain, broken end abnormal activities, deformity, activity restricted to see a doctor. The primary causes of 9 patients is caused by a fall, 16 cases of traffic accident injuries. Femoral among them, the proportion of three parts, which were 12%, 80%, 8%. Among them: various internal fixation plate looseness, breakage or deformation in 5 cases, loose nails, fault in 2 cases, 18 cases end hardening absorption. Adopt secondary surgery remove the internal fixation, again with limited contact with locking compression plate(LCP) combined with autogenous iliac bone graft surgery, according to the imaging results, partial weight bearing until full weight, regular outpatient follow-up, clinical and radiographic assessment. Results: According to the situation of postoperative follow-up, all patients osseous healing rate was 100%. 2 cases of patients with lower limb activity, limited the knee joint activities, 1 case of patients with lower limb pain when walking, 3 cases of patients with lower limb shortening of the minor, no patients with fracture of internal fixation, loose, incision complications such as infection. According to the postoperative HSS score, 18 cases, good in 2 cases, 4 cases, 1 case, was 75%.Conelusions:Limited contact with locking compression plate(LCP) combined with a utogenous iliac bone graft method to treat femoral fracture nonunion obtain good clinical effect. |
