Analysis On The Malignant Tumors Incidence Among The Residents Of Jiaonan City In 2008

Objective:By analyzing and discussing the incidence of malignant tumors of Jiaonan, it is good to cancer prevention and control, to develop monitoring and control strategies for public health authorities and medical institutions providing a reference, and to reduce the related social and economic burden of cancer.Methods:According to the Jiaonan annual monitoring report data of 2008 cases of malignant tumors is collected and prepared, which is analysized by SPSS software.Results:The tumor monitoring network of Jiaonan reported 1073 patients medical records with malignant tumors were analyzed and found that in 2008 crude incidence rate of malignant Jiaonan 129.51/10 million, the standardized incidence rate of 116.69/10 million of China's population, the world's population standardized incidence rate is 149.51/10 million.The male incidence rate of the top five maliglnat is the lung, stomach, liver, Colorectal and anal cancer, esophageal cancer, and the women is breast, lung, stomach, colorectal and anal cancer, liver cancer. The male lung cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer was significantly higher than females. Malignant tumor crude incidence rate increases with the increase of age, the incidence who the ages of more than 40 is higher who less than 40 significantly. The highest crude incidence rate is iron mountain in Jiaonan, which is 325/10 million. In countries or subdistrict offices of JiaoNan, the subdistrict Town of TieShan the most taken badness,which had 325/10 million.Also the least is the subdistrict Town of LliWan,which had 63/10 million. The highest incidence of gastric cancer is the JiaoHe town (118.92/10 million), the minimum ZhuShan Town is (2.90/10 million); the highest incidence of colorectal cancer is JiaoHe Town (112.97/10 million), the lowest incidence of the town is liuwang (2.03/10 million); the highest incidence of liver The Huangshan Town (117.39/10 million), the incidence rate is the lowest Tieshan Town (0/10 million); the highest incidence of lung cancer is the town of Huangshan (45.65/10 million), the lowest incidence of the ZhuShan Town (1.45/10 million); The highest incidence of female breast cancer is the JiaoHe Town (41.62/10 million), the lowest incidence of TieShan Office (0/10 million), a large market town (0/10 million).193 patients happened in city,the Incidence of which is 50.68/10 million,but 880 patients happened in village.The incidence was higher than in rural cities significantly.Conclusion:The relevant departments of Jiaonan should continue to do routine monitoring work, meawhile smokers, women and the elderly and other key groups such as high-risk groups for targeted publicity should given education, screening, lifestyle intervention and comprehensive management.
