Background:With the fast devlepment of our country's economics,the life style and food constitution of the citizen had changed obviously,the disease rate of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease had an ascensus tendency year by year.,and had changed the second only liver disease by virus hepatitis,and threated the people's health Severitily.Now the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease had not utility treatment method, the investigates of the internal and abroad indicate the direction healthy education and life style intervention had better therapy effect.Objective:This study through the health education intervention and dietary intervention to nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,to evaluate the therapy effect about dietary intervention in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. in order to provid science theory to nonalcoholic liver disease and direct them to set up good dietary habit.Methods:1.Choice 115cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver patients from the healthy check center of the Qingdao munipal hospital,they were diagnose by ultrasound and consistent with the nonalcoholic fatty liver iagnostic standard, one year healthy education and dietary intervention was done with them, include 76 male and 39 female.They were diagnosed to be 69 mild,38 moderate and 8 severe by ultrasonic tomography, they all adopt dietary intervention voluntary.2.Take abdominal ultrasonic tomography before dietary ivtervention,and body mass index(BMI),waistline(WL),blood pressure,total cholest-erol, triglyceride, HDL-cholesterol,LDL-cholesterol were measured. 3.Adopt individual information schedule table and three days dietary schedule table to understand individual lifestyle and dietary information.4.Enforce the dietary intervention chedule through healthy educa-tion pattern, The principle of dietary intervention is control the total energy intake,the energy intake is only for sustain the ideal weight.the fat people is to lost 5%-10% weight.5.Do regularity follow-up visit to the erolled people, and take abdominal ultrasonic tomography blood fat, blood pressure, body mass index(BMI), waistline(WL),were measured after 1 year intervention.6.A11 the numerical data was analyzed by SPSS 13.0 statistics software.Results:1.The knowledge rates of disease correlate with fatty liver,and the dietary intervention increased significantly after intervention(P<0.01).2.The daily total energy was decreased to 6.08MJ(1453kcal) from 7.62MJ (1824Kcal),and the energy rate from fat was decreased to 22.73% from 42.46%,however the energy rate from protein was up to 19.16% from 15.64% after intervention(P<0.05).3.Total cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL-cholesterol were decreased significantly (p<0.05);DL-cholesterol was up,but not changed significantly after intervention (p>0.05).4.Body mass index(BMI), waistline(WL), systolic blood pressure were decreased significantly(p<0.05), diastolic blood pressure wasdecreased,but not changed significantly after intervention (p>0.05).5.After 12 months intervention,45 mild fatty liver recovered tonormal (P<0.01), 30 moderate fatty liver become to mild,and 4 cases recovered to normal(P<0.01),4 severe become moderate and 1 cases recoverd to normal(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.By the healthy education can increase nonalcoholic fatty liver'shazardness recognition of the fatty liver, increase compliance of the intervention and treatment.2.Dietary intervention can decreace daily enery intake, and control the fat intake from the prandium reasonable. 3.By dietary intervention can decrease triglyceride, the total cholesterol,LDL-cholesterol.4.Dietary accommodation can interfere the intake of exogenous fat,control and decrease the nonalcoholic fatty liver's weight.5.The healthy education and dietary intervention to the nonalcoholic fatty liver is very useful to abaissement the diseased development and to increase the recovered rate of the fatty liver patient.
