Objective:At present, from a global point of view, the incidence of colorectal cancer ranks third, behind only lung cancer and gastric cancer. In some developed countries, ranks second only to lung cancer. In China, colorectal cancer has ranked fifth common malignant tumor, and its rate of increase is quite high. It is predicted that the incidence of colorectal cancer and mortality in the future for a long period of time will steadily increase.Including Chinese medicine, including multidisciplinary treatment programs become common colorectal cancer treatment.Purpose:Comparison of Modified jia wei sheng yang Yi wei Tang combined 5-FU, Oxaliplatin in Colorectal Cancer and the quality of life analysis.Method:Randomized to treatment group (jia wei sheng yang yi wei tang + chemotherapy) and control group (chemotherapy). The group, the average 3 to 6 cycles of treatment, the quality of life observed. Simultaneously compare the recurrence rate and median survival time of recurrence survivalResults:In improving clinical symptoms, quality of life, the treatment group was significantly higher (P<0.05). However, in a meaningful difference in survival (P> 0.05). Cumulative mortality, median survival,2-year survival and recurrence rates in these areas, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The jia wei sheng yang yi wei tang can significantly can reduce the recurrence rate and prolong the life time and can significantly improve the comprehensive quality of patient quality of life.
