Objective:This study used traditional Chinese medicine decoction of spleen and kidney warming observed urinary N acetyl BD glucosaminidase (urine NAG) changes in traditional Chinese medicine in order to determine the efficacy of the treatment of chronic pyelonephritisMethods:The selection of chronic pyelonephritis (CPN) 40 patients, the use of basic treatment, including control of blood pressure, cause of treatment, rest, correct the acid-base balance. On the basis of the basic treatment for the method to be warming the spleen and kidney from the decoction of Chinese medicine to be a month for a course of treatment, after two courses of therapeutic efficacy was observed before and after treatment in patients with chronic pyelonephritis Syndrome changes were observed urinary N acetyl BD Glucosaminidase changes, and testing before and after treatment of urinaryβ2-microglobulin, ions (potassium, sodium and chloride),liver (AST, ALT), renal function (Scr, BUN) were observed.Results:1. The party's overall clinical efficacy before and after treatment were significantly different (p<0.05), after treatment, symptoms and signs improved significantly better than before treatment areas (p<0.01).2. After treatment compared with before treatment significantly reduced urinary NAG, was statistically significant (p<0.01), urinaryβ2-microglobulin decreased significantly (P<0.05), ions (potassium, sodium and chloride), Liver function (AST, ALT), renal function (Scr, BUN) no significant change was not significant (p>0.05).Conclusion:1. Warming spleen method can reduce the CPN TCM syndromes patients, improve patient symptoms.2. Warming method can significantly reduce the CPN spleen and kidney urine NAG, urinaryβ2-microglobulin of ions (potassium, sodium and chloride), liver (AST, ALT), renal function (Scr, BUN) and so no significant effect on Disease remission in patients with CPN. 3. The treatment of patients with spleen and kidney yang CPN is a remarkable effect of Chinese medicine a viable method of CPN intervention.
