| Objective:To the clinical observation, evaluation the clinical efficacy of Tian Jing Yi Jin decoction treat degenerative disc disease with acupuncture.Methods:March 2009 to December 2010 period,60 patients with degenerative disc disease (DDD) orthopedic hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 people. Lean patients treated with oral filled bars soup,2 times a day, each 200ml, and acupuncture, acupoints Vital, bilateral renal Shu, Qi Hai Shu, colon Shu, Venezuela, too river. With a diameter of 0.3mm,1.5-inch long needle, piercing the 1.2-inch (too River Point 0.2-inch needle), the line fill method, acupuncture once a day, every time the needle for 30 minutes. Control group were treated with acupuncture, acupoints with the same treatment group.30 consecutive days for treatment, both groups are in a course of observation, after the end of treatment, statistics,Summarize and evaluate its therapeutic effect.Results:The practical observation of 30 cases,8 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective in 8 cases,4 cases, total effective rate is 86.67%; control group,30 cases of actual observation,2 cases were cured, 13 cases were markedly effective in 7 cases,8 cases, total effective rate 73.33%. The total effective rate in treatment group than the control group (P <0.05); the treatment group of patients before and after treatment the main symptoms and signs of change points, compared with those before treatment after treatment, was statistically significant (p<0.05). DDD patients treated in improving pain, lower back function the efficacy of clinical symptoms and signs better than the control group.Conclusion:Oral filling soup lean muscle degenerative disc disease with acupuncture treatment, patients can effectively reduce pain and improve function and lumbar spine range of motion, effectively delay the disease process, for the treatment of degenerative disc disease has a definite effect. |
