Objective:To observes Jiajiansheganmahuangtang treatment bronchial tube asthma acute attack the clinical curative effect.Method:The choice bronchial tube asthma acute attack patients 60 examples, stochostically divide into the treatment group 30 examples and the comparision group 30 examples. Both of the two groups were given the conventional anti-inflammation treatment,the treatment group adds Jiajian-sheganmahuangtang to take orally and the comparision group adds the zhi-chuanlingkoufuye to take orally. The course of treatment was 2 weeks.To observe the variance of syndromes.Result:The effective rate of the treatment group surpass the comparision group (p<0.05). Comparing with pretreatment,the symptoms such as cough, expectoration, gasp, chest distress and wheezing were alleviated obviously between the two groups (P<0.05). Comparing the differences of score,the changes of the symptoms such as chest distress, gasp and wheezing of the treatment group were higher than the comparision group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Indicated through the clinical research that the Jiajianshegan-mahuangtang make the good effect of relieving asthma and cough,and also improves the breath funetion. Explained that the treatment of the bronchial tube asthma acute attack have the good effect.
