Study On Traditional Chinese Medical Syndromes Of Maintenance Hemodialysis With Secondary Hyperparthyroidism

Objective:Based on maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) with secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) patients syndrome of observation, analyses the MHD with SHPT patients of TCM syndrome distribution law,and discusses the MHD with SHPT's TCM syndrome features in order to provide references of SHPT from TCM viewpoint.Methods:Enacting the MHD patients with SHPT's TCM Syndromes scale questionnaire,andeach of the selected cases were filled out the questionnaire;In accordanc with 80 MHD with SHPT patients'clinic data providede by many hospitals in Harbin and using the factor annlysis method,this study probes into the TCM syndrome pattern and distribution of MHD with SHPT.Results:Using the factor analysis method,7 TCM syndromes of MHD patients with SHPT were found;The spleen and kidney qi (yang) deficiency and blood stasis are the most important TCM syndromes in percentage,and they both contain 32.50%.Both in mild to moderate patients and the moderate to severe patients of MHD with SHPT, spleen and kidney qi(yang) deficiency has the greateset proportion;in extremely severe patients blood stasis has the highest proportion.Conclusions:1.Using the factor analysis method, MHD with SHPT most common traditional Chinese medical syndrome is the spleen and kidney qi(yang) deficiency and blood stasis.2. Blood PTH level has some relation with MHD with SHPT's TCM Syndromes.
