| Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Chu Shi Yin on eczema(Damp-heat) and the influence of Serum Gastrin. Providing a better curative effect, more convenient and no toxic and side effect therapy for the clinics。Methods Effect of 120 patients were observed. Setting up two groups in random,60 cases in treatment group which have oral administration of Chu Shi Yin,60 cases in comparison group which have oral administration of Ku Shen Pills, with eight-week course of treatment. Detect Serum Gastrin level by IRMA in psoriatic serum and comparing in pretherapy with post-treatment.Results①.The total efficiency rate in treatment group is 76% and the comparison group is 46%,having the remarkable difference (p<0.01).②The EASI scores are significantly improved in the treatment group(p<0.01) Compared with the control group, the difference is remarkable (p<0.05).③The degree of itching are significantly improved in the treatment group (p<0.01), better than the second group (p<0.05).④The treatment group significantly reduced the ratio of patients Gas (p<0.01), Compared with the control group, no significant difference (p>0.05).Conclusion①Chu Shi Yin have a better effect on eczema(Damp-heat) than Ku Shen Pills.②Chu shi yin can adjust the level of disorder in Gas. |
