| Objective:In this thesis, TCM understanding the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma was proposed based on treatment of eplenishing kidney-essence and removing phlegm in non-acute attack may have good effect. The main purpose of writing this article there are three:1. Treatment of eplenishing kidney-essence and removing phlegm in non-acute asthma attack is feasible.2 Scientific evaluation of non-pharmaceutical prevention of acute exacerbation of asthma, clinical efficacy, through clinical collaboration, research traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of unique, creative, to control asthma relapse purposes.3 Form effective, feasible, easy application of a recurrence of preventing and controlling asthma treatments.Methods:Theory part of the two areas from the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine were reviewed and summarized the result of asthma, pathogenesis and treatment of, and listed the Western treatment of the disease in recent years, some new progress; Analysis of non-acute attack of asthma pathogenesis of the characteristics of phlegm proposed treatment of the disease, and self, according to Professor Zhou "wen yang hua tan"and "qing yang hua tan" prescription therapy, to provide a theoretical basis for subject-oriented. Clinical research on treatment group (TCM group) and control group (Shulidie group) groups in an efficient and comparison of the main clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment levels of serum total IgE and lung function (FEV1, PEF, FVC) comparison before and after treatment during 3 months follow-up ACT score comparison, evaluation of treatment of phlegm non-acute attack of asthma effect.Results:After study, the efficiency of the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05), but the total effective rate was no significant difference (P> 0.05).To improve the cough, wheezing, cough, chest tightness, wheezing and other respiratory symptoms and signs, the two groups no significant difference (P> 0.05), but in improving the sorness and weakness of waist and knees, fatigue, dry mouth, fear the wind, easy cold, spontaneous perspiration and other systemic symptoms,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05). For lung function, after treatment, PEF, FEV1, FVC were improved (P<0.01 or P<0.05), but between the two groups showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Total serum IgE in the treatment group significantly reduced IgE levels (P<0.01), while the control group, IgE levels before and after treatment no significant improvement (P> 0.05), between the two groups showed statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment and follow-up three months in the ACT scores were compared with before treatment, ACT scores were increased (P<0.01). The two groups before treatment and after treatment and follow-up after 1 month the difference between groups were compared and found no significant difference (P> 0.05), shows similar efficacy both groups. To follow-up 2 months after the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05), followed up three months after the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.01), that the treatment group improved significantly higher than the treatment group far of the more effective than the control group. During treatment, the treatment group did not show because of drug side effects, while the control group had 4 patients who inhaled steroid arising from the local side effects.Conclusion:Through clinical study found that the experience of Professor Zhou treatment-replenishing kidney-essence and removing phlegm of non-acute attack of bronchial asthma with a better therapeutic effect. In improving dry mouth, fatigue, sorness and weakness of waist and knees other symptoms, lower serum total IgE levels and reduce the number of forward attacks have a certain advantage. These effects may be related to traditional Chinese medicine there are multiple sites, multi-target, multi-channel characteristics and phlegm method can be immunomodulatory, chills and anti-allergic effect, inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators, reduce airway hyperresponsiveness, while also improved the patient's specific physique. And traditional Chinese medicine with non-toxic, no side effects characteristic, which is also an advantage of medicine treatment in non-acute attack of bronchial asthma. |
