Objective1. To investigate the diagnostic and prognosis value of blood NT pro-BNP IMA and cTNI in patients with Parquet poisoning;2. To observe the relationship between blood NT pro-BNP, IMA and cTNI level.Method1. Grouping:A total of 173 patients with Parquet poisoning are divided into four groups:the mild, the moderate, the severe and the particularly severe, according to the oral dose, into two groups:the hypoxemia blood and the non-hypoxemia blood, according to the results of any arteria blood gas analysis, into two groups:the survival and the death. At the same time, we choose 50 healthy cases as the antitheses (control).2. Specimen collection:phlebotomized from the patient who is admitted to hospotial at once and check the level of blood NT pro-BNP, IMA and cTNI Results. Result1. the levels of NT pro-BNP, IMA and cTNI increased gradually with poisoning levels exasperating. the level of blood NT pro-BNP of each group is:moderate poisoning group (180.2±27.9) pg/ml, severe poisoning group (378.5±74.4) pg/ml, particularly severe poisoning group (445.3±86.5) pg/ml,which are significantly different form antitheses group (52.6±7.7) pg/ml, P<0.01. Mild poisoning group (108.2±18.7) pg/ml has no significant difference with antitheses group (P>0.05); the level of mild poisoning cTNI group (0.05±0.02) ug/L, moderate poisoning group (0.10±0.03) ug/L, severe poisoning group (0.26±0.09) ug/L and particularly severe poisoning group (0.32±0.12) ug/L are all significantly different form antitheses group (0.002±0.00) ug/L, P<0.01, the level of mild poisoning IMA group (79.7±3.4) U/ml, moderate poisoning group (96.1±3.8) U/ml has no significant difference with the antitheses group (36.5±2.6) U/ml, P>0.05, the severe poisoning group (99.5±4.8) U/ml and the particularly severe poisoning group (117.0±5.8) U/ml are significantly different form antitheses group, P<0.01. the level of blood NT pro-BNP and cTNI of the severe and particular severe poisoning group are significantly higher than mild and moderate poisoning group P<0.01, the level of IMA of severe poisoning group has no difference with moderate poisoning group, P>0.05. And the severe and the particular severe are significantly higher than that of mild and moderate poisoning group, P<0.01.2. The level of NT pro-BNP, cTNI and IMA of hypoxemia group are significantly higher than non-hypoxemia group (P<0.01) is statistically significant.3. The level of NT pro-BNP, cTNI and IMA of Death group are significantly higher than survival group.4.The level changes of NT pro-BNP, IMA have a positive linear correlation with changes of cTNI, the value of r between the level changs of NT pro-BNP and cTNI were 0.93, (P<0.05) is highly correlated; the value of r between the level changs of IMA and cTNI is 0.55, (P<0.05) is moderately correlated;5. Logistic regression analysis, the prognostic factors in patients with PQ poisoning are oral dose, oral erosion level, the occur of breathing difficulties, the count of white blood cell, the level of NT pro-BNP and CK-MB, and the NT pro-BNP OR= 5.0, P<0.05,95% CI (1.5-151.3).ConclusionPQ poisoning can cause myocardial injury, the level of NT-proBNP, IMA, cTNI is early sensitive indicators in evaluation of myocardial injury in patients with PQ poisoning; the level of NT pro-BNP, IMA and cTNI PQ have a synergistic effect in evaluation of myocardial injury in patients with PQ poisoning. The level of NT pro-BNP, IMA have reference to prognosis in patients with PQ poisoning. Therefore, early detection of NT pro-BNP, IMA and cTNI are of great value in diagnosis of myocardial injury, analysis of poisoning level and prognostic evalution in patients with PQ poisoning.
