Clinical Research Of Anrou Shenshupoint Manipulation On The Treatment Of Proliferative Inflammation Of Lumbar

Objective :To observe the anrou shenshupoint treatment of proliferative inflammation of lumbar and to explore its clinical efficacy and mechanism. Methods:60 patients diagnosed as proliferative inflammation of lumbar were divided into two groups at random. Among them ,the test group(30) treated by'anrou shenshupoint tuina method';the control group(30) treated by zhuangyaojianshenwan Medicine Treatment .The difference in improvement of symptoms and physical signs was observed between the patients of two groups after therapy.Results:The total effective rate is 100% in the test group while 90% in the control group,so there are no significant differences between them .The total cure rate is 26.7% in the test group while10% in the control group.The differences are obvious.Meanwhile the group of'anrou shenshupoint tuina method'improved very obviously in subjective symptom, clinical sign and actions in daily living(P<0.01).And in the bladder function examination,the result is also obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:The group of'anrou shenshupoint tuina method'has obvious therapeutic effect and safety.
