Clinical Study On Treating Venous Ulceration Of Lower Extremity With Micro-invasive Surgery By Intravenous Laser And ZiGui Ointment

Object: To investigate the effects of intravenous laser with micro-invasive surgery treatment and therapeutic mechanism of ZiGui ointment on venous ulceration of lower extremity, in order to guide the TCM differential treatment. Method: 120 patients (2008.1～2010.12) with venous ulceration of lower extremity were divided into two group atrandom.60 patients were treated with micro-invasive surgery treatment and ZiGui Ointment as treatment group and 60 patients were treated with micro-invasive surgery treatment and huanglian Ointment as control group. Then we observed the change of the wound surface. T-test of significance to compare before and after treatment in groups, and the differences of parameters between two groups; Chi-square test to compare differences of parameters between the groups was significant; Ridit level analysis was done between the packet data. Result: The effective rate was 95% in the treatment group, 75% in the control group. The wound healing time were 26.75±11.26 days in the treatment group and 40.12±15.02 days in the control group. There were great significant difference between two groups(P<0.01). Secretion before and after treatment of ulcers of bacterial culture, after treatment, ulcer exudates significantly reduced bacterial strain culture in treatment group, the culture of bacteria strains of the control group also decreased, but the two groups was significant difference in treatment group was significantly less than the control bacterial strain group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Intravenous laser treatment is a reliable method in the treatment of varicose lower extremity veins, with simplicity of performance, little influence of normal activities, and excellent cosmetic results. The therapeutic effect of ZiGui Ointment on venous ulceration of lower extremity can be achieved by improvement of blood circulation of wound surface, bacteriostasis,anti-inflammatory action and acceleration of wound healing, to provide guidance for the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
