Objective:This essay is to analyze the diversity of bacteria of the culex pipiens pallens'intestinal canal which come from the wild and labs of the Nanjing District.Methods:(1) Isolate the bacteria of the culex pipiens pallens' intestinal canal, and then amplify the isolated bacteria with PCR. (2) Use 16S rRNA sequence analysis of the product of 16S rRNA gene amplification.Results:(1) Isolate and identify the ten kinds of Gram-negative bacteria, belonging to three categories, including Aeromonas veronii, Sphingomonas paucimobilis, Pseudomonas putida, Comonas sp, Aeromonas hydrophila, Aeromonas sobria, Acinetobacter haemolyticus, Pantoea agglomerans,Bacilus pumilus and Providencia rettgeri. Their homologous sequences are all higher than ninety-eight percent. (2) In the isolated bacteria, the main Aeromona is one of the most concerned ones in the medical field recently. Aeromona refers to bacterial parasite of putrilage wildly spread in natural water, which is used to considered as the pathogenic bacteria of some aquatic creatures and some are just conditioned pathogen of human's low pathogen. Due to the discovery of many pathogenic aeromona, some researchs consider it to be the reason of human's diarrhea, food poison, ichorrhemia, soft tissue infection and so on, besides, there are many examples of death resulted from aeromona acute infection. Now aeromona has become an important and new pathogenic bacterium for both human and animals. Conclusion:In culex pipiens pallens'intestinal canal there are many important conditioned pathogens, which are mainly aeromona. We should strengthen the sanitization and monitoring to the culex pipiens pallens, and prevent the occurrence and prevalence of the corresponding diseases. Figure [8] table [4] reference [45]...
