Objective:The purpose of paper is to analyze the changes of the indicators, such as viral brain (film) inflammation of the clinical, cerebrospinal fluid (cerebrospinal fluid, CSF). The paper will discusses the application of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system in viral infection by analyzing the inspection items of patients with viral meningitis and encephalitis, cerebrospinal fluid and so on. It will note the importance of cerebrospinal fluid by the relevant examination of cerebrospinal fluid routine biochemistry, cytology, etiology, biochemical analysis, immunology, cytokines, etc. It will diagnose, treat central nervous system viral infection by the comprehensive analysis of the results of relevant examination of cerebrospinal fluid and body check of systemic examination and examination of cerebrospinal fluid. Methods:The paper have analyzed 196 confirmed cases of viral meningitis and encephalitis etrospective in the past 5 years in our hospital, analyzed clinical features, cerebrospinal fluid changes of the indicators of the infection of the central nervous system diseases, and concluded the range of cerebrospinal fluid pressure, protein, cell count, glucose, chloride. Results:CSF testing is simple and is important for early diagnosis of central nervous system viral infection. Conclusion: 1.CSF examination is virus brain (film) inflammation of the most important means of diagnosis.2. based on the cerebrospinal fluid, diagnosis of the viral brain (membrane) needs to closely connect with Clinical presentation and other related auxiliary examination to make the right diagnosis.3. If the young patients have symptoms of headache and fever, it should be alert to the virus even without meningeal irritation.4. The pathogen detection with molecular biology techniques and immunological techniques is the gold standard for diagnosis, but it is still weak and is yet to be fully operational.
