Stress response is one of the common emotions happens to the pilots, the effective management or control on which may affect not only flight efficiency and safety, but also pilots'life quality and their physical and mental health. This research, taking the civil aviation student pilots (student pilots for short) as the study objects, attempts to provide reference for the study on student pilots'stress response interference as well as the improvement on flight training by means of exploring the stress response characteristics and treatment of the student pilots and their relationship with social support. Therefore, complete the design of an information system of stress management for student pilot's training. This research has been conducted through four parts followed the notion above. The first part contains the research of the stress response for student pilots, it has been employed to select and make research tool, to compose questionnaires based on literature searches and in-depth conversations, to select the student pilots in random to finish the questionnaire survey, and then analyze the characteristics of stress response and treatment of the student pilots of different grades and flight stages as well as their relationship with social support in accordance with collected data. Stress response interference strategies have been discussed and prospect on the stress response management system has been made from the perspectives of macro-policy, organization and individuality In the second part, a proposal for the management system of student pilots'stress response information has been designed based on the analysis and modeling of the questionnaire results and by the application of information management techniques. As for the third part, the details of the system were designed, including database design and function module design. The forth part is achievement of the system, and validation of test system through the effective run.According to the research, the following conclusions could be got: 1) There are remarkable differences in stress response level and treatment strategies between student pilots of different flight stages and grades. 2) Social supports from different aspects and layers have different influence and effects on the student pilots. Multilayer and solid social support system may help them treat stress response more effectively. 3) Stress response interference of civil aviation student pilots is a systematic project, which has to be scientifically treated with great efforts of the flight university, the flight training base, the student management department and students themselves.
