Objective:To determine how is the liver function changes after hepatectomy for poor-anatomical-location and (or) huge liver tumor under innovative Single Abdominal Aorta Clamping and The traditional Pringle's maneuver.Method:Selected 38 patients with poor-anatomical-location and(or) huge hepatic tumor who intended to take hepatectomy,Randomly divided into two groups:a group were take SAAC-BH(SG,n=20); Another group were take hepatectomy under Pringle's clamping(PG,n=18). The TBIL, ALT, AST, ALB andĪ³-GT of all patients in the two groups were measured preoperatively and on 1st,3rd,7th and the 14th days postoperatively.Results:1. Compared with PG,the recovery of the postoperative liver function of the patients in SG were more better.The postoperative liver damage of the patients in SG is lighter,and there exist significant differences in statistical data of two groups.2.The statistical data indicated that:The average time of hepatectomy and the average amount of bleeding of SG were much less than PG. There exist significant differences between the two groups,and this is the main reason for the difference of the recovery of the postoperative liver function and postoperative liver damage between the two groups.Conclusion:1. Take the innovative SAAC-BH for complex liver tumor,can greatly reduce surgical blood loss,and this leads to a clear liver sections.and the time of resection process was significantly shortened,and the time of vascular clamping was shortened,all make patients postoperative liver damage is lighter and restore faster.2. The method of SAAC-BH can achieve the very satisfactory effect of bloodless hepatectomy in clinic,and the techniques of SAAC-BH is simple, which are facilitating application and promation,it will make more patients benefit.
