Objective:Optical coherence tomography (optical coherence tomography, OCT) of retinal detachment of more than 1 year after surgery are not satisfied with visual acuity and macular optical coherence tomography of the relationship. Preoperative and postoperative BCVA compared (X2 = 4.003, P = 0.261> 0.05, not significant); postoperative BCVA changes in different age groups was statistically significant difference (X2= 20.818, P= 0.002<0.05), low age group of patients after surgery BCVA improved in the majority; different times after retinal detachment BCVA improvement were significantly different (X2 = 30.603, P = 0.000<0.05), retinal detachment and increase the longer the lower the BCVA. More than 1 year after reattachment OCT macular image features:1) the macular region was normal in 5 eyes,2) a sponge-like retinal thickening of 19,3) macular retinal thinning in 8 eyes, 4), cystoid macular edema in 13 eyes,5) serous retinal detachment in 11 eyes,6) macular hole 6,7) damage to retinal pigment epithelium in 16 eyes,8), macular edema in 11 eyes with macular epiretinal membrane,9), macular degeneration 12,10) Epiretinal membranes 9,11) others such as choroidal neovascularization, retinal hemorrhage, subretinal scar formation, retinal pigment epithelium thickening, chorioretinal atrophy 6; BCVA in all patients were less than 0.1.
