Objective:To study endothelin-1(endothelin-1, ET-1) in acute cerebral infarction (acute cerebral infarction, ACI) the occurrence and development of the role, and through analysis of ET-1 and the clinical features of acute cerebral infarction, imaging data and china stroke clinical neurological defect score(CSS), mini mental state examination scale (MMSE) and other information on the relationship for the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction and provide experimental evidence and methods. Methods:Select february 2010 until november 2010 patients admitted to hospital in neurology department of the first affiliated hospital of nanchang university,110 cases of cerebral infarction within three days as patients group; Select the matching age, take physical examination in the same term,60 cases of healthy subjects as control group. Complete two group of fasting blood glucose, blood lipids, serum concentration, plasma ET-1 concentration etc and patients admitted to hospital completion of brain MRI, carotid artery color dopplar ultrasound, clinical neurological defect score, MMSE score and other information. Including plasma ET-1 concentration using radiation immune method detection. Respectively①<50-year-old ACI group,≥50-year-old ACI group and healthy controls each group plasma ET-1 level of comparative②plasma ET-1 level and imaging results of ACI patients of comparative③mild, moderate, severe ACI group and healthy controls each group plasma ET-1 level of comparative④plasma ET-1 level and ACI patients with clinical neurological defect score, MMSE score of spearman rank correlation analysis⑤edaravone treatment of ACI group and non-edaravone treatment of ACI group ET-1, CRP concentration of comparative⑥plasma ET-1 and the traditional risk factors of cerebral infarction of correlation analysis⑦risk factors of cerebral infarction of Logistic regression analysis.Results:①≥50-year-old ACI group ET-1 concentrations higher than<50-year-old ACI group ET-1 concentrations (P<0.05); with carotid artery plaque ACI group ET-1 concentrations higher than those without carotid plaque ACI group ET-1 concentrations (P<0.01); multifocal ACI group ET-1 concentrations higher than single ACI group ET-1 concentrations (P<0.01); high clinical neurological defect scores ET-1 concentrations in patients with ACI higher than low clinical neurological defect scores ET-1 concentrations in patients with ACI (P<0.01).②ET-1 concentration with smoking, drinking, age, hypertension, spearman rank correlation analysis showed a positive correlation (P<0.05).③With the incidence of acute cerebral infarction as the dependent variable, Single factor analysis significant index as the independent variable for Logistic regression analysis showed that ET-1, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus this four factors meaningful.④ET-1 concentration and clinical neurological defect scores of the Spearman rank correlation analysis showed a significant positive correlation (rs=0.482,P<0.01), and MMSE score Spearman rank correlation analysis showed significant negative correlation (rs=-0.414,P<0.01).⑤Edaravone intervention treatment of ACI group ET-1, C-reactive protein level of two indexes fell more than non-edaravone treatment of ACI group, the two groups of comparisons with a statistical significance (P<0.01).Conclusion:①ET-1 concentration level of heighten with cerebral infarction occurrence and development have important relationship, it may be endogenous cerebral infarction in one of the factors.②ET-1 concentration level and multifocal cerebral infarction have relationship, and can be used as relevant clinical judgment cerebral infarction illness degree and the prognosis of the index.③ET-1 concentration level may be associated with dementia.④Edaravone injection can be used as treatment ET-1 one method of correlation cerebral infarction...
