Background and ObjectiveThe cerebrovascular disease is situated the main disease morbidity and death first three, the main feature is the disease incidence rate is high, case fatality rate and crippling rate is high. Hypertension for the primary hazard factor which should get sick. The global development prevention hypertension's situation is stern, assumes the obvious trend of escalation in our country hypertension sickness, its etiology and the preventive measure become the important community to prevent and control the topic. Hypertension's hazard factor including hypertension family history, the ultra body weight, drinks wine, to be addicted to excessively the salt, smoking. The community hypertension general survey and the pharmacological treatment to prevent cerebrovascular disease's occurrence to have the tangible effect, but the patient must lifelong take medicine, therefore the research prevention hypertension's measure decreases the key which this sickness occurs.Controlled the high fat and the energy from the 1980s US takes, caused 1990-2000 year coronary disease to drop, but hypertension's prevalence rate increased 30%; Although its reason increases and so on with the life extension and the obesity related, but increases 13.2% scaled height of burst two times with the same time population also to be many,45~54 year old of masculine hypertension increases obviously, the reason is unclear. The East and West resident disease spectrum and drinks the recipes contrast discovery, Oriental's cellulose takes in the level to be higher than Western American's nearly 2 times. Increases the clinical research demonstration which the cellulose takes to be possible to reduce the blood pressure and the cholesterol level. The observation analyzes the relations which in our country resident diet the cellulose ingredient and hypertension occurs to seek for our country residents to prevent the measure which hypertension occurs to have a great significance.MethodsA survey of blood pressure measurement and food questionnaire investigation were carried out to 40-69 year old of community inhabitants. Measure height, weight and blood pressure to the examineer. The questionnaire includes general visual statistics character, disease history and food condition inside the year of examineer. The food questionnaire includes 40 items such as staple food, non-staple food, vegetable and fruits etc..Staple food and non-staple food adopt near annum consumption;Vegetable, fruits and dry fruit spring and summer autumn by the winter two time consumption carry on an investigation. The food item establishes according to the local resident's food composition. A case-control analysis for 885 cases with new diagnosed hypertension and 3325 controls with normal blood pressure was done by using chi-square-test and unconditional Logistic regression. The evaluating indices were OR (Odds ratio) and 95% confidence interval (95%CI).ResultsThe response rate was 74.8%. In the present study BMI (body mass index), Study found that BMI, heavy drinking and smoking as risk factors of hypertension, according to Chinese food composition table of the various food ingredients such as edible and protein content than the calculated consumption of food protein (kg), fat (kg), carbohydrates (kg), energy (kca), total dietary fiber (g), ash (g), calcium (mg), phosphorus (mg) and iron (mg) volume, heavy alcohol drinking and smoking were found to be risk factors, but intake more cellulose or protein to be protects factors for hypertension. The ORs(95%CL) were 0.251 (0.099-0.636) and 0.704 (0.537-0.921) for them respectively.ConclusionIncrease the quantity of food cellulose and protein maybe preventing from developing hypertension. However, a broad range study needs to confirm these findings.
