[Objective] In South Korea international conferences, my mentor found in percutaneous vertebroplasty found (PVP) and laminoplasty percutaneous protruding after angioplasty (PKP), if the operator mixed the bone cement with autologous blood, the new mixture can lengthen working hours, and can prevent bone cement leakage and vascular thrombosis. So this test is to explore the appropriate proportion and their clinical significance of the bone cement mixing with autologous blood in percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) and kyphoplasty (PKP).[Methods] Add the different proportion of autologous blood to the process of bone cement preparation. Record the parameters of preparation process and bone cement sample. Statistic methods such as descriptive analysis and Variance analysis were applied to compare differences of each sample group and their clinical curative effects. Results (1) adding proper autologous blood (<1ml) to the preparation of bone cement (20g:10ml), there was not statistically significant among the hardness and other tested parameters except. the dough time. (2) With autologous blood, the consistency and the operating time of bone cement were both obviously increased and the optimal proportion of autologous blood was 20g:0.5ml.[The conclusion of this experiment] Generally, there are three times after bone cement mixing. adding proper autologous blood (< 1ml) to the preparation of bone cement (20g:10ml), there was not statistically significant among the hardness and other tested parameters except the dough time. This is to say, after adding proper autologous blood (<1ml) to the preparation of bone cement (20g:10ml), except the dough time, the hardness and other tested parameters can fit for the standard of the clinical treatment. After adding proper autologous blood (<1ml) to the preparation of bone cement (20g:10ml), the first character which the bone cement appears is the increase of its consistency., this is to say, the soft coagulation time has been shorten. And this result is useful to prevent bone cement leakage and vascular thrombosis. And what's more, the extension of the hard coagulation time has lenghthen the effective work time and the last result is convenient to the operator.[Conclusions] after mixing with autologous blood, the probability of bone cement leakage complication was decreased obviously in percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) because its consistency was increased. The doctors' operation was more convenient due to the increase of the hard coagulation time. With appropriate proportion of autologous blood, except the dough time, the hardness and other parameters of bone cement samples was not changed, this was to say, there was no affect to the operation effect.
