Objective: Discussion on core decompression and titanium compression nail support combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of non-traumatic effect of early ischemic necrosis of femoral head: a clinical, pain, life skills, walking distance, function, activity, and x-ray imaging improvement.Compared with control groups can be more effective in delaying progress of necrosis of the femoral head, avoids collapse of necrosis of femoral head, delaying the time for joint replacement.Understanding modified Kerboul method on predicting the collapse of the significance of early femoral head necrosis. Methods: On 59 cases (of 71 cases) non-traumatic early ischemic necrosis of femoral head: a retrospective study, one group supported by core decompression and titanium compression nail combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of 30 cases of traumatic early ischemic necrosis of femoral head (hip 34), Control groups with simple core decompression combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of 29 cases of traumatic early ischemic necrosis of femoral head (hip 37), and observe the group before and after each patient in the treatment of the individual symptoms of, pain, life skills, joint activities, in walking distance and x-image improvement in such areas, further clear superiority effect of this treatment. By modified Kerboul method on the classification of the hip, to total hip replacement to watch the finish, at all levels and between the two groups respectively Kaplan-Meier survival curve prediction of collapse of the femoral head. Results: By 2 years of treatment and follow-up, clinical symptoms, hip joint function improvement, total effective rate of 82.4% treatment group, progress rate of 20.6%. Total effective rate of 56.8% control group, progress rate of 36.1%. X-line clinical advances in the treatment group rate 38.2%, control group progress rate of 83.7%. Comparison of modified Kerboul grading level 1 in 25 No 1 collapse of the Hip Hip, 2-level 3 in 17 Hip Hip collapse, 3 7 14-Hip Hip in collapse, median survival time is about 12 months, level 4 of 15 hip all collapse, median survival period is 6 months only. Treatment in a comparison of two treatment groups collapse 7 34 in Hip Hip, controlled collapse 18 37-Hip Hip.Conclusion: Supporting combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of femoral head by core decompression and titanium nail groups in actual clinical effects observation of time and the x-line imaging of later subsided significantly better than a simple early femoral head necrosis of femoral head by core decompression combined with traditional Chinese medicine comparison group. Modified Kerboul method for prediction of early femoral head necrosis collapse has its unique advantages, can be used as reference guidelines for diagnosis and appropriate treatment methods used. Modified Kerboul method of 3-, 4-level in high risk groups of necrosis of femoral head in lower survival rate, collapse likely larger, for this class also needs a new surgical treatment in patients with femoral head necrosis of availability index of discussion and observation.
