The Evaluation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Combined Maxingshigan Alteration Decoction And Reduning Injection Therapy Of Children's Suspected Influenza A(H1N1)

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combined MaXingShiGan alteration decoction and Reduning injection therapy of children's suspected influenza A(H1N1).Methods Before and after the treatment of combined oral MaXingShiGan alteration decoction 7 days and Reduning injection 5 days on 120 children,who were from our fever outpatient clinie,with the syndrome of the heat-toxin attacking the lung of suspected influenza A(H1N1),we observed the change of clinical symptoms and signs.Results The total effective rates of treatment on disease and syndromes were 87.50% and 95.83%. Significantly it was effective in treatment on fever, cough and sputum.Conclusion Combined MaXingShiGan alteration decoction and Reduning injection therapy demonstrates remarkable therapeutic effects on children with the syndrome of the heat-toxin attacking the lung of suspected influenza A(H1N1).
