Perinatal period in our country, you are the basis for blood, anoxia ischemic brain disease of paralysis of the brain, congenital abnormalities olives and the cerebellum bridge brain atrophy, is fairly common these diseases can cause brain varying degrees, the cerebellum, etc. in the prenatal brain in the form and structure is changed dramatically. the establishment of prenatal brain in the structure of the line with the tire changes, and the age of understanding of brain development and diagnosis of disease is significant.So far, and very few reports made in three parts of the brain, there are only part of the mind or brainof the hollow, there is no detailed records. however, the brain work in the evaluation of the analysis made for ante-natal diagnosis of the brain is an important part.In this study,85 fetal specimens of 14-40 weeks gestationtal age were scanned bt 3.0T,and 20 fetal speciments of 14-22 weeks gestational age was also scanned by 7.0T MRI. a standard mr linear range of data from the age of the relationship between. these results are expected to anatomy teaching, research and embryo to study is of value, and for the better service for evaluating the fetal development is a useful guide to the early stage of development to take some important decisions.Objective To investigate the developmental rules of fetal brain stem with the high field MRI.Method 85 fetal specimens of 14-40 weeks gestational age were scanned by 3.0T MRI,and 20 fetal specimens of 14-22 weeks gestational age was also scanned by 7.0TMRI.The diaeters of the brain stem were obtained with eFilm software on the above MRIs.The measurements were as follows;①The anteroposterior diameters of the brain stem,which included 4 lines; line A:the distance between leading edge midpoint of the cerebral peduncle and midpoint of the midbrain aqueduct; line B:the shortest distance between leading edge midpoint of the pons and solum ventriculi quarti; line C:the shortest distance between transmigrations of pons and medulla; line D:the shortest distance between transmigrations of medulla and spinal cord.②The long diameters of the brain stem,which included 3 lines:line E:length of long diameter of cerebral peduncle; line F:length of long diameter of pons; line G:length of long diameter of medulla.Result:Values of median sagittal brain stem diameters grow along with increase of gestational age. The slopes of lines suggest that internal structures of the brain stem have a different growth rates, lineF grows fastest, lineD grows slowest, A line and Eline remained almost the same growth rate and B line and F line also have the same growth rateConclusion:High field MRI can clearly show the anatomy of fetal brain stem, providing a great convenience for the accurate measurement of sagittal plane of fetal brain stem. The results as supplementary of Embryology and clinical reference for the assessment of normal fetal development of brain stem has great value in many studies.Conclusion and Significance The brain stem contour diameteral wire change may take the embryo brain growth the important symbol, however still lacked the related brain stem at present the biology survey data. This article used 85 examples 14-40 to be pregnant the week normal embryo specimen 3.0 and 7.0 Tesla the MRI image has studied between the brain stem linear biology data and the embryo age relations. The result indicated:Center embryo skull MRI on the sagittal plane image the brain stem all diameteral wire observed value grows along with the embryo age increases, Brain stem interior various structures by different speed growth, In which grows quickly by the pons vertical diameter, the medulla oblongata and the spinal cord divide and hyphenate a word at the end of a line the around diameter to grow slowly。This findings rich and perfect brain stem embryology growth correlation theories, exceptionally was connected disease diagnosis for the clinical appraisal embryo brain stem growth and the treatment has provided the morphology foundation.
