The Experimental Study On Human Ovarian Cancer Cell Line SKOV3 With Zedoary Turmeric Oil Injection

Objective:Observe the effects of cell proliferation and apoptosis entrainment on human ovarian cancer cell SKOV3 treated with zedoary turmeric oil injection. Then preliminary clarify its resistance to ovarian cancer mechanism. Thus provide experimental basis for the clinical application of the treatment of ovarian cancer by zedoary turmeric oil injection.Methods:Setting drug experimental group A is 120ug/ml zedoary turmeric oil injection culture medium; Group B is 240ug/ml zedoary turmeric oil injection culture medium; Group C is 480ug/ml zedoary turmeric oil injection culture medium; Group D is 960ug/ml zedoary turmeric oil injection culture medium. Control group E is simple culture medium. Select human ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells to culture in vitro. Detect the inhibition rate of cell proliferation on 120ug/ml,240ug/ml,480ug/ml,960ug/ml four different concentrations of the role of zedoary turmeric oil injection respectively affecting SKOV3 cells for 24h,48h,72h by MTT. By optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy observation shows that obvious cell apoptosis situation of zedoary turmeric oil injection affecting SKOV3 cells from pathological morphological aspects.Result:1. Four different concentrations of 120ug/ml,240ug/ml,480ug/ml,960ug/ml zedoary turmeric oil injection can inhibit the proliferation of SKOV3 cells in vitro at 24h,48h, 72h.Its intensity will increase with the time and concentration of drug increased and become time-dose dependent. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. By optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy, observe obvious morphological changes in control cells and induced cell necrosis.Conclution:1. The zedoary turmeric oil injection can inhibit growth of ovarian cancer cell SKOV3. Ovarian cancer cell SKOV3 is sensitive to zedoary turmeric oil.2. The zedoary turmeric oil injection can induce ovarian cancer cell SKOV3 apoptosis. Cell apoptosis may be one of mechanism that zedoary turmeric oil inhibits growth of ovarian cancer cell SKOV3.
