The Clinical Observation Of Chu Shi Yin On Treating Eczema (Damp-Heat Type) And The Impact Of Chu Shi Yin On Serum TNF-a

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Chu Shi Yin on treating eczema(damp-heat type)and the influence of TNF-a in the serum of the eczema is patience. providing a better curative effect, more convenient and no toxic and side effect preparation for the clinics.Methods:To observe the clinical curative effect to150 psoriatic vulgaris 63 men and 87 women. Setting up two groups in random,77 cases in treatment group which have oral administration of Chu Shi Yin,73 cases in comparison group which have oral administration of tablets flavescens,around a course of treatment,give two curative time's treatment. and by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) before and after treatment in patients with eczema were detected TNF-a. finally summary data using database software EXCEL, according to the research data using appropriate statistical methods to process data.Results:①The total effecncy rate in treatment group is 99.00% and the comparison group is 89.41% after eight weeks.②The EASI scores in each symptom are diminished between the pretherapy and post-treatment, the difference is remarkable(P<0.05),the treatment group in diminishing both the area and the degree of skin lesion is better than the comparison group,the difference is remarkable (P<0.05).③The level of TNF-a in eczema serum has no remarkable difference between the treatment group and the comparison group before treatment(P>0.05),and it has remarkable difference after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions:①hu Shi Yin have a better effect on eczema(Damp-heat type) than tablets flavescens.The drug can regulate the immune function and reduce inflammation.②Chu Shi Yin has good effect on controlling the serum TNF-a of eczema.
