| Objective:This research is based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, its purpose is to observe the effect of acupuncture combined with point injection in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy (DR), and to explore the mechanism of treatment of DR.Methods:68 patients with DR were randomly divided into the treatment group,and the control group.The treatment group is treated by acupuncture combined with point injection,and the control group is just treated by point injection, after two months,then evaluate the effects of two group using the visual acuity test, ophthalmic examination,blood lipid test and hemorheology test as the: observing indexes.Results:This research indicates that the total effective percentage of the treatment group is 88.24%, that of the control group is 64.71%, the treatment group is significantly superior to the control group (P<0.05).This clinic research indicates the treatment group can improve the visual acuity,abnormal metabolism of lipid and obviously lighten the clinical symptoms of DR patients.Conclusion:This research improves that acupuncture and point injection treatment for DR is very effective, safety, and there is no side effect.This treatment provide a new method in the prevence and treatment of DR patients. |
