A Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Su Gan Jian Pi Acupuncture Treztment Of Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective:Observed the acupuncture treatment effect of shu gan jian pi which used in diarrhea irritable bowel syndromeclinical.And observed the effect on the improvement of quality of life, and the mental health. Clinical finding a safe, economic, efficacy and stability of treatment. Preliminary summary of the advantages of acupuncture of the disease.Methods:The 70 patients who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The shu gan jian pi pinaverium acupuncture group and control group each has 35 patients. After one month of treatment, observed the overall improvement of symptoms, including abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloating and other individual symptom scores; and the improvement of the quality of life; the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) points change.Conclusion:(1)Patients in the acupuncture group improved overall symptoms than the control group, especially abdominal pain, diarrhea symptoms on Obvious effect. And stool frequency, stool with improvement more obvious effect on the increased number of acupuncture times.(2) Acupuncture treatment can significantly reduce depression, anxiety, and drug groupcan also reduce anxiety symptoms, but poor results than the acupuncture group.(3)Acupuncture group improved the quality of life of patients better than medication group.(4) The relapse rate of acupuncture treatment is lower than the control group.
