Relativity Research On The Correlation Of The Serum Bilirubin And Lipid Levels With The Phlegm And Blood Stasis Of TCM Syndrome In Patients Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:The aim of the study was to investigate the Serum Bilirubin and Lipid levels of TCM syndrome in coronary heart disease(CHD), and explore the relativity between the Serum Bilirubin and Lipid levels with the Phlegm and blood stasis of TCM Syndrome.Method:Choose the patient who conform the angina pectoris standard and in the Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese medicine hospital heart internal medicine department during March 2010- March 2011 period.choice 123 examples to divide by TCM syndrome and Calculation of scores. The level of Serum bilirubin and Lipid were tested in order to explore the relationships between the Phlegm and blood stasis of TCM Syndrome and these index.By statistics test,analyze the relativities between Serum bilirubin and lipids, and get the multiple regression equation.Results:1.The relativity between the Serum bilirubin and the Phlegm and blood of TCM Syndrome:Compared with non-Phlegm syndrome,Phlegm syndrome was statistically significant (P<0.05),Phlegm Syndrome in the Indirect Bilirubin has a significant higher than the non-Phlegm syndrome; Compared with blood syndrome, non- blood syndrome was statistically significant (P<0.05), non- blood Syndrome has a significant higher than the blood syndrome in the Serum Total Bilirubin,the Serum Indirect Bilirubin and the Serum Direct Bilirubin, Compared with blood syndrome,Phlegm syndrome was statistically significant (P<0.05),Phlegm Syndrome in the Total Bilirubin has a significant higher than the blood syndrome; According to the above method, there are some Meaningful stasis such as:Feitanfeiyu Syndrome in the Total Bilirubin has a significant higher than the blood syndrome, Phlegm- blood Syndrome in the Total Bilirubin has a significant higher than the blood syndrome, Phlegm Syndrome in the Indirect Bilirubin has a significant higher than the blood syndrome, Feitanfeiyu in the Indirect Bilirubin has a significant higher than the blood syndrome, Phlegm- blood Syndrome in the Indirect Bilirubin has a significant higher than the blood syndrome.2. The relativity between the Lipid and the Phlegm and blood of TCM Syndrome:there are some Meaningful stasis such as Phlegm Syndrome in TG has a significant higher than the blood syndrome, Phlegm Syndrome in TG has a significant higher than the Feitanfeiyu syndrome, Phlegm- blood Syndrome in TG has a significant higher than the Feitanfeiyu syndrome. Phlegm Syndrome in LDL-C has a significant higher than the blood syndrome, Phlegm Syndrome in LDL-C has a significant higher than the Feitanfeiyu syndrome, Phlegm- blood Syndrome in LDL-C has a significant higher than the blood syndrome, Phlegm- blood Syndrome in LDL-C has a significant higher than the Feitanfeiyu syndrome.3. According to linear correlation analysis, there was Linear correlation with negative phase between Direct Bilirubin and TC,At last Regression equations was Statistically significant by analysis of variance; According to linear correlation analysis, there was Linear correlation with negative phase between Direct Bilirubin and TG,At last Regression equations was Statistically significant by analysis of variance.4. According to linear correlation analysis, there was Positively related to linear between the Total Bilirubin and total Score of blood Syndrome(20-54),At last Regression equations was Statistically significant by analysis of variance; According to linear correlation analysis, there was Positively related to linear between the Indirect Bilirubin Bilirubin and total Score of blood Syndrome(20-54),At last Regression equations was Statistically significant by analysis of variance.Conclusion:1. there is a certain correlation between Serum bilirubin and blood stasis of TCM Syndrome,it may Provide an objective basis for the differentiation of TCM Syndrome.2.It may Provide an objective Evidence for the differentiation of TCM Syndrome between TG and LDH-C.3. there was Linear correlation between Serum Bilirubin and Lipid.as result,the Serum Bilirubin may be a Independent lower risk factors for Coronary heart disease.4. there was Positively related to linear between the Serum Bilirubin and total Score of blood Syndrome in different areas,and the Serum Bilirubin can be Provideingan objective Evidence for the Phlegm and blood stasis of TCM Syndrome.
