| Objective:To explore the imaging manifestation of young patients with abnormal physiological cervical curvature, and observe the changes after the patients were adopted two different acupuncture therapy ways. To give an actual, scientific, quantitative evaluation of therapeutic effect of acupuncture for cervical curvature. Methods:selected in April 2007 to December 2010, in Jiangsu Province, the second hospital of Chinese medicine and acupuncture and abnormal young cervical curvature patients, single-blind randomized controlled trial methods, qualified subjects were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (A group)30cases,the control group (B group)30 cases. There are 13 males, 17 females in A group, and 19 males,11 females in B group. The ages ranged from 16 to 40 years,(means:32.6,33.7).All patients were treated for 30 minutes one time a day with two different acupuncture ways,5 days a week for treatment, rest a week, a total of two weeks, taking X Ray films before and after treatment, and after a course in accordance with the data of D score by measuring cervical curvature through Borden's way.Statistical analysis used statistical package for analysis SPASS16.0 treatment. Groups using analysis of variance component ratio, the number of two groups were compared using analysis of variance, before and after the treatment group compared with paired t tests, inter-group efficacy comparison Ridit analysis.Result:The efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group, (P<0.05).The treatment results were satisfactory in A group (93.3%),B group(70%).Acupuncture therapy can recover cervical curvature which is closely relation to the effect, and the effective rate was 96.6% in A group,93.3% in B group. Conclusion:The study suggests that the therapy of acupuncture is obvious to change the young patient cervical curvature, the reconstruction of cervical curvature has significant value, and it is a scientific, actual method for evaluation therapeutic effect of acupuncture. The treatment group effect was superior to the control group. |
