Study For The Relationship Between The Objective Index Of Elderly Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome With The Theory Of Wei Qi Ying Xue

Objective:Using the theory of wei qi ying xue to study patients with SIRS and researching wei qi ying xue each period syndrome differentiation with CRP,TNF-a,IL-6,PA,D-D and ApoAl etc. Serum markers,is to understand the correlation between the syndrome differentiation of objective indexes (CRP,TNF-a,IL-6,PA,D-D and ApoA1) and the theory of wei qi ying xue.For finding new ways of TCM treatment of SIRS provide evidences.Methods:From2008-2011,Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Geriatrics and other relevant departments of elderly hospitalized 78 patients with SIRS as the observation group, according to Wei Qi Ying xue typing, control treatment for the same period 20 cases of elderly patients with non-SIRS. Patients will be selected for detection of CRP, IL-6, TNF-a,PA,ApoAl etc. for related analysis.Result:(1) IL-6 in patients with SIRS compared:observation group is higher than the control group (P<0.01); qi fen group, ying fen group, xue fen group are higher than the control group (P<0.01); ying fen group is higher than qi fen group (P<0.05); ying fen group is higher than xue fen group (P<0.01); xue fen group is higher than qi fen group (P<0.01);the theory of wei qi ying xue and IL-6 is positively correlated (P<0.01)(2) TNF-a in patients with SIRS compared:observation group is higher than the control group (P<0.01); qi fen group, ying fen group, xue fen group are higher than the control group (P<0.01); ying fen group is higher than qi fen group (P<0.01); xue fen group is higher than qi fen group (P<0.05),ying fen group is higher than xue fen group (P>0.05);the theory of wei qi ying xue and TNF-a is positive correlated (P<0.01)(3) PA in patients with SIRS compared:observation group is lower than the control group (P <0.01);the control group is higher than qi fen group (P<0.05), the control group is higher than ying fen group, xue fen group (P<0.01), qi fen group is higher than xue fen group (P>0.05); the theory of wei qi ying xue and the PA is negatively correlated (P<0.01)ApoAl in patients with SIRS compared:observation group is lower than the control group (P<0.01);the control group is higher than qi fen group (P<0.05),the control group is higher than ying fen group, xue fen group (P<0.01);qi fen group is higher than ying fen group (P <0.05),qi fen group is higher than xue fen group (P<0.01),ying fen group is higher than qi fen group (P>0.05);the theory of wei qi ying xue and ApoA1 is negatively correlated (P<0.01) (5) CRP in patients with SIRS compared:observation group is higher than the control group (P<0.01);qi fen group is higher than the control group (P<0.05),ying fen group, xue fen group is higher than the control group (P<0.01);ying fen group, xue fen group is higher than qi fen group (P<0.01);ying fen group is higher than xue fen group (P<0.05);the theory of wei qi ying xue and CRP is positive correlated (P<0.01)(6)D-D in patients with SIRS compared:observation group is higher than the control group (P <0.01);qi fen group is higher than the control group (P<0.05),ying fen group, xue fen group is higher than the control group (P<0.01);ying fen group, xue fen group is higher than qi fen group (P<0.01),xue fen group is higher than ying fen group (P>0.05);the theory of wei qi ying xue and D-D is positive correlated (P<0.01)Conclusions:1.SIRS is a traditional Chinese medicine "fever" category. From the qifen - ying fen - xue fen disease has been increasing during the course of the development is consistent with the SIRS. In the clinical work that can be the theory of wei qi ying xue model was applied to SIRS.2. The incidence of the elderly SIRS has an affinity with the lung infection, cerebrovascular accident and cancer. A corresponding relationship existed between the disease spectrum of the elderly SIRS and the syndrome differentiation of the theory of wei qi ying xue.3. IL-6,TNF-a,D-D,CRP, PA, ApoAl objective indicators can be used as clinical assessment of patients aged SIRS effective indicators of the disease.4. Correlation obtained:the theory of wei qi ying xue and IL-6, TNF-a,D-D,CRP show a positive correlation; and the PA,ApoAl is negatively correlated, the theory of wei qi ying xue it can be used to determine the severity and prognosis of SIRS.
