Background and objectiveRheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic systemic autoimmune inflammatory disease. The pathological characteristic of RA includes synovial hyperplasia and inflammation, pannus formation, in the end bone erosion, cartilage loss and joint destruction. If left untreated, it would lead to joint damage and disability. Synovial inflammation is the main pathological characteristic of RA, however extra-articular performance is also not allow to ignore, lung is one of the organs which is often affected, Rheumatoid Arthritis Interstitial Lung Disease Is the focus of attention in recent years. The pathogenesis of RA involved a variety of cells, cells factors and Biological macromolecules interact in the process and regulate the pathophysiological process of RA. Any of them can impact on the pathogenesis of RA. In this article we collecting clinical materials of pure RA patients and RA-ILD patients, including general project, clinical characteristics, laboratory examination, pulmonary function, imaging examination to explore RA patients and RA-ILD patients clinical characteristics and other lab index to evaluate the relationship between RA and RA-ILD. MethodsTo investigate the clinic observed index in 152 RA patients (113 pure RA,39 RA-ILD), including including erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), rheumatoid factor (RF), anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) antibody general project, antinuclear antibodies(ANA), antikeratinAntibodies(AKA), clinical characteristics, laboratory examination, pulmonary function, imaging examination to Analysis and compare the changes of these indexes between the two groups.Results(1) The levels of age and in RA-ILD group were higher than pure RA group, with significant statistical difference(P<0.05). No significant difference was detected between RA-ILD group and pure RA group in the levels of course of disease and the number of joint swelling and pain(P>0.05). (2) The levels of CRP, RF in RA-ILD group were higher than pure RA group, with significant statistical difference(P<0.05); (3) In the comparison of the positive rate, RA-ILD group appear fever, AKA antibody, the CCP antibody significantly higher than pure RA group with significant statistical difference(P<0.05), but but there is no significant difference in sex, rheumatoid nodules and the comparison of ANA positie rate, P>0.05)Conclusion1. The levels of age and CRP or RF increased inRA-ILD group, age and Serum CRP levels may be correlate with ILD.2. RA-ILD group appear fever, vasculitis, and AKA antibody, the CCP antibody positive significantly higher than pure RA group, tip AKA antibody, the CCP antibodies may independently participate in RA-the onset of ILD process, fever and vasculitis may be correlate with ILD.
