ObjectiveObserve the expression and distribution of CD133, CD44, TROP-2 in the prostate cancer tissues. Discuss and analyze the correlation between that and pathological grade, clinical stage of prostate cancer tissues.MethodUse the Immunohistochemical method to detect CD133, CD44 and trop-2 in 50 prostatic cancer and 10 BPH tissues, the group of 50 prostatic cancer tissues is the experimental group, and the group of 10 BPH is the control group. The experimental group is divided into three groups according to the Gleason recorded:A group: Gleason recorded 2-4 prostatic cancer tissues, B group:Gleason recorded5-7 prostatic cancer tissues, C group:Gleason recorded 8-10 prostatic cancer tissues. It is divided into four groups according to the clinical stage of prostatic cancer tissues:T1, T2, T3, T4. According to the number of prostate CSC to ascertain whether they accord with the characteristics of prostate CSC so as to ascertain whether they are the signs of prostate CSC. Conclude whether trop-2 is the doubtful sign of prostate CSC by observing whether CD133 and trop-2 accord with each other; compare the correlation between the expressions of CD133,CD44,trop-2 and pathological grade, clinical stage of prostatic cancer respectively.ResultsThe number of prostate CSC which is expression of CD133,CD44 and TROP-2 is little in all the prostate cancer tissues, and they all express in the Cell membrane of prostate CSC and Cytoplasm. The expression of CD133 and trop-2 in prostate cancer tissues have a high degree of uniformity. Analyze the correlation between the expression of CD133, CD44, TROP-2, prostate cancer, different Gleason classification, and clinical stage. With the increase of pathologic class of prostate cancer and clinical stage, the expression of CD 133, CD44 and TROP-2 increase too. The Differentia of expression of CD133, CD44 and TROP-2 has Statistics meaning; According to making linear correlation analysis about the proportion of all CD133 and TROP-2 in Prostate gland case and Gleason classification, they present positive correlation.ConclusionsThe signs of tumor stem cell, CD133 and CD44 may be the signs of prostate CSC. CD133 and TROP-2 have a high degree of uniformity, which reflects TROP-2 may be also the signs of prostate CSC. CD133, CD44 and TROP-2 reflect positive rate and Gleason classification, clinical stage present positive correlation。...
