【Objective】1,To analyze the situation of the blood lymphocyte subsets and cell cycle before autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (AHSCT).2,To analyze the situation of the blood lymphocyte subsets and cell cycle after autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (AHSCT).【Method】1,We analyzed blood lymphocyte subsets in 21 patients who received AHSCT for the hematological malignancies by FCM。2,We analyzed blood lymphocyte cell cycle in 15 patients who received AHSCT for the hematological malignancies by FCM。【Results】1,The number of the CD3~+CD4~+ cells was under the normal level before AHSCT.The number of the lymphocyte was significantly under the normal level in 1 month after AHSCT,and rose to normal in 3 months .Different blood lymphocyte subsets rose to normal in different time. The number of the NK cells and B cells recovered to normal in 3 months. The T cells'number was below the normal up to 9 months after AHSCT,mainly for the CD3~+CD8~+ cells. The number of the CD3~+CD8~+ cells declined in 1 month after AHSCT,and recovered to normal 3 months later ,even higher than normal, then decreased to normal gradually from the 9th month. However, the number of the CD3~+CD4~+ was still under the normal level 9 months after AHSCT ,which needed more time to recover.2,The SPF and APO of the peripheral blood lymphocytes before transplantation was normal. After AHSCT ,The SPF was significantly higher than normal, and declined to normal in 9 months after AHSCT.The APO was significantly higher than normal in 1 month after AHSCT, than decline rapidly, slightly higher than the normal in 3 months, then returned to normal.【Conclusion】1,The blood lymphocyte subsets in patients before AHSCT for the hematological malignancies were abnormal. The total number of lymphocytes, NK cells and B cells recovered rapidly early after AHSCT.Among T lymphocyte subsets, the number of CD3~+CD8~+ cells recovered early, while the CD3~+CD4~+ recovered comparatively slowly.2,The lymphocyte cell cycle of Peripheral Blood in patients before AHSCT for the hematological malignancies were normal. However, the APO and SPF of lymphocyte were both higher than normal obviously after AHSCT,among them, APO recovered to normal 6 months after AHSCT,and SPF recovered to normal 9 months after AHSCT.
