Objective: To study the influence of renal function and renal pathology of renal injury rats by gentamicin with the different shenqi pill dose pairing,discuss the changes in kidney pill quantity influence of ratio of drug, in order to seek the the optimal dose ratio of kidney pills. Methods: Manufacturing renal injury rats model by intraperitoneal injection of gentamicin,then treat with the different shenqi pill dose pairing,observe the rats'serum urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Cr) and renal biopsy. Results: 1. During the model process, the rats appear burnout, spirit dispirited, crowded together, reduced activities, afraid of cold, no gloss of fur, clear and loose stool and other symptoms. After finishing the model, treat the groups of rats with shenqi pill, their above symptoms gradually improving. 2. BUN, Cr and renal biopsy observation display: the different shenqi pill dose pairing to kidney injury rats caused by gentamycin have different effects of renal function. Conclusion: The changes of cortex moutan radicis , cinnamon and aconite dose pairing have greater impact to renal injury rats'BUN,Cr, the best ratio of shenqi pill to against experimental renal injury is: dried rehamnnia root 8 portions, macrocarpium officinalis 4 portions, yam 4 portions, poria 3 portions, alisma orientalis 3 portions, cortex moutan radicis 2 portions, cinnamon 2 portions, aconite 2 portions.
