Observation The Clinical Effect Between Bone Graft Or Not In The Treatment Of Sanders Ⅲ Calcaneal Fractures Using Special-shaped Steel

Objective:Analysis the effect between bone graft or not in the treatment of Sanders III calcaneal fractures using special-shaped steel. Summarize treatment experience. Method:From January 2007 to April 2010,36 patients with SandersIII calcaneal fractures were treated with internal fixation of special-shaped steel. They were divided into groups according to whether accompanied with bone graft. And they were combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Both groups were followed up for 12-18 months. The main task in the process of two follow-up is to measure the changed of patient's Bolher angle, Gissane angle, Maryland score and complications. Analyze the difference of the clinic curative effcet between these two surgical treatment for SandersIII calcaneal fractures. Result:Compare the twe groups with postoperation Maryland score, the changed of Bolher angle, Gissane angle and complications. There were no significant difference. All p >0.05. Conclusion:1. Open reduction and internal fixation with special-shaped steel is a kind of good method for SandersIII calcaneal fracture.2. The twe groups with the postoperation Maryland score, the changed of Bolher angle, Gissane angle, the complications were no significant difference.
