The study is based on the medical records of blood stasis syndrome in pulmonary diseases, observe the rule appears of blood stasis syndrome in pulmonary diseases, especially the formation of pathological factors,pathogenic characteristics,and the correlation between syndrome and blood parameters,and explor the characteristic of blood stasis syndrome in pulmonary diseases in deeper extent.In this studay, according to the observation table and Diagnosis standard of syndrome,we collect and observe the basic data, symptom, syndrome, laboratory testing of blood. Screen and exclude the cases with the Strict standard,and fill in the observation table simultaneously.In this way,we can get the proportion of blood stasis syndrome in pulmonary diseases, the character of main symptom and sign, and the correlation between different blood stasis syndrome and blood parameters.The statistical data is dealed by SPSS 18.0 software.The results showed that, blood stasis exists in many kinds of pulmonary diseases, the order of main symptom according to frequency of occurrence is:femoral pulse or cough; tongue sleeves hemangiectasis; hemoptysis; stethalgia or chest distress; rough skin; vessel blood stasis; tumor; pulse condition;skin blood stasis.different blood stasis syndrome have conspicuous different features hemorheology. The results point out that there are very strong parallels between blood stasis syndrome in pulmonary diseases and other systems,take the pulse condition and tongue manifestation for example. On the other hand, blood stasis syndrome have its in pulmonary diseases uniqueness.The formation of blood stasis syndrome in pulmonary diseases be closely related with phlegm and qi depression.
