Objectives: In order to comprehend the therapeutic effect of cataplasm of modificating TongQiaoHuoXue on blood stasis syndrome,to observe the influences to the blood stasis syndrome model rats's hemorheology by the cataplasm of modificating TQHX (TongQiaoHuoXue),in this way,to expect the clinical experiment will provide great efforts.Methods: Dividing 32 rats into four groups in random:control group,blood stasis model group,cataplasm of modificating TQHX group, TQHXT group.Every group has eight rats.The rats of control group and the cataplasm of modificating TQHX group were eliminate 3×3cm feather in their backs before given the mdicament.The control group were suitable the blank cataplasm everyday,The cataplasm of modificating TQHX group were suitable the cataplasm of modificating TQHX everyday.The rats in cataplasm of TQHX group were irrigated stomach decoction of TQHXT.Seven days later,the rats of blood stasis model group,cataplasm of modificating TQHX and TQHXT group were copied the model of blood stasis syndrome.Then,2 hours later,the rats were taken blood of IVC in the condition of empty stomach,after that,the rats were killed by the method of cutting their heads. The indexes,for example,the viscosity of whole blood,the plasma viscosity(PV),hematocrit(HCT) and index of red blood cell deformation were measured.The content of ET is measured by the way of radioimmunoassay,and the content of NO is measured by the way of nitrate reductase.Results:1. The indexes of blood viscosity in different shear rates, plasma viscosity (PV) in the cataplasm of modificating TQHX group are visibly less than those indexes in the group of blood stasis model(P<0.01), but more than those indexes in the group of TQHXT. 2. 2.The RBC deformation of the cataplasm of modificating TQHX group were higher than the group of blood stasis model(P<0.01),the erythrocyte aggregation were lower than the blood stasis group(P<0.01),but comparing the cataplasm of modificating TQHX group with the TQHXT group,there was no apparently different in two groups in advancing the RBC deformation,and in decreasing the erythrocyte aggregation,the TQHXT group was better than the cataplasm of modificating TQHX group.3.The blood serum NO content in the group of cataplasm of modificating TQHX were higher than the blood stasis model group(P<0.05),but lower than the TQHXT blood.4.The blood serum ET content in the group of cataplasm of modificating TQHX were lower than the blood stasis model group(P<0.05),but higher than the TQHXT blood.Conclusions:1. The effect of cataplasm of modificating TQHX is improved for the hemorheology of the model rats in the syndrome of blood stasis.2. The cataplasm of modificating TQHX has the recovery effect for the impairment of the blood vessel endothelium of the model rats in the syndrome of blood stasis.
